POLICY AND POSTAGE
Hat Sizing:
All Fancy Filly Ladies Hats are a standard hat size of approx 57cm unless we advise accordingly of another size under the item advertised.
We will advise the sizes of Mens Hats we have in stock as they range through Small, Medium and Large.
You may need to measure circumfrance of your head to assist with sizing. Please take note of your head size to hat size as no refunds will be given for your incorrect measurments.
No returns or refunds will be given for a hat or hats too small or too big, not fitting correctly due to different hat shapes, styles and people's head shapes and sizes.
All hats come with inserts.
Delivery Time:
In-stock items will be despatched as soon as full payment - the amount of the order and postage - is received and funds are cleared.
You should receive your order within 10 working days maximum.
Stock:
All stock shown is currently available and can be immediately despatched upon payment being received.
We do our best to closely monitor inventory levels and keep the website as current as possible.
However, when we receive multiple orders for particular items our site may become out of date for a short time.
Should you place an order and the item is unavailable, we will notify you quickly. We apologise for this inconvenience.
